Titanic is a slot machine made by the American
based provider Bally. It's based on the famous
movie with the same name from 1997. This is a
slot machine for those who like a lot of
features, because Titanic has several of them!
You can choose between 3 different classes to
"travel in" during the base game, and the higher
class you choose, the more features you are
eligible for. There are multiple wild features,
"jackpot" features, different pick bonuses and 2
kind of free spin features. All the main
features can be won from a bonus featuring a big
wheel with different values. The maximal win
during the base game is between 312 and 357x the
stake depending on which class you are traveling
in, and it's won by filling the whole screen
with wild symbols. This win might get even
higher if you manage to active a multiplying
wild feature before you hit the combination. The

When Titanic has finished loading, you
need to select one of the following bet
categories: 3rd Class, 2nd Class or 1st Class.
The better class you choose, the more
features can be won during the game play. Each
class has a feature bet that comes
in addition to the normal stake for 25 paylines. The
3rd Class is only played on bet level 1 with a
€0.01 line bet, and it features the wheel bonus and
the mystery prizes. It has an extra bonus cost of €0.10 in
addition to the normal bet for the lines. The 2nd Class
is played on bet level 2, 3 and 4 with line bets
of €0.02, €0.03 or €0.04. In addition to the features from the 3rd
Class, it's also possible to win the mystery
jackpots on these stakes. An additional feature
cost of €0.15 per bet level is added to the
total bet. The 1st Class is played on bet level
5 and higher and line
bets of €0.05 or higher. In addition to the
features from the 3rd and 2nd Class, it also
features the Top Award jackpot. The additional
feature cost for the 1st Class is €0.15 for each
€0.25 bet.
Titanic has stacked wild symbols on all the 5
reels, this makes it possible to fill the whole
screen with wilds. This will pay 357x the stake
if you play in the 3rd Class, while it pays 312x
for 2nd and 1st Class. The reason why the win
multiplier is higher on the 3rd Class is that
the feature bet is €0.10 instead of €0.15 as it
is on the better classes. The wild symbols
substitute for all other symbols except the
bonus triggering Titanic ship and the JackRose
symbols. During a special feature x2 multiplying
wilds might appear on the screen in addition to
the normal wilds, and there’s also a feature
where 2 wild reels are awarded for a spin.
There's a ton of features and bonuses on this
slot machine, so I have taken a closer look at
each of the features in the below section.
JackRose Jackpot: This feature is only
available for 2nd and 1st Class players. Each of
the 5 reels has a JackRose symbol. A combination
of two or more of these anywhere on the reels
will reward you with what Bally has named a
"jackpot prize". Let me first of all say that
this isn’t a jackpot, it's just a normal cash
prize. 2 scatters will pay 2x the total stake, 3
scatters will pay 10x the total stake, 4
scatters will pay 100x the total stake, while 5
scatters will pay 500x the total stake if you
play on 2nd Class, and 2.500x the stake if you
play on 1st Class. These prizes are only
available during the base game.
Mystery Double Wilds: At the start of any
spin, the Mystery Double Wilds feature can be
triggered. If you trigger this feature between 2
and 5 wilds with a x2 multiplier will be locked
on random positions on reel 2, 3, 4 or 5. These
symbols will work as the normal wilds, but they
will also multiply any winnings with x2. The
wilds will disappear when the next spin is
activated. This feature is only available during
the base game.
Mystery Wild Reels: When you start any spin
in the base game, the Mystery Wild Reels feature
might be activated. This is a feature that will
place 2 stacked wilds on any of the 5 reels.
That means that 2 of the reels will be filled
with wilds for that current spin only.
Jack's Drawing Mystery: This is a feature
that can be randomly activated in any spin
during the base game. It's a pick bonus where
you get 10 different symbols shown in front of
you. There are 3 different drawings and 1 wild
symbol hidden. Each of the three symbols have
different values from 150 to 250, 400 to 700 and
1.000 to 2.000x the stake per line. These values
are shown under the 10 symbols. The pick bonus
ends when you have found 3 of a kind of one or
more of the symbols. It's possible to win up to
2.950x the stake per line if all symbols are
awarded at the maximal value. This is only
possible if you collect two of each pick and
then end off with a wild that substitute as one
of each of the 3 symbols. This will award all
the different prizes in one bonus.
Mystery Jackpots: This feature is only
available for the 2nd and 1st Class players.
It's a feature that appears randomly after any
spin in the base game. 3 different Rose symbols
will pop up on the screen and you get to select
one of them to win a prize. The prizes range
from 50x to 400x the stake per line to the Mini
and Maxi jackpots that pay 12.5x and 62.5x the
total stake per spin.

Wheel
bonus: The Wheel bonus is the main feature
on Titanic. It's triggered by getting the
Titanic ship on reel 1, 3 and 5. When this
combination is given, a big bonus wheel is
placed in front of you. This wheel has 7 cash
prizes from 60x to 200x the line bet and 4
different bonuses placed on it. You get to spin
the wheel up to 9 spins, for each time you hit a
cash prize, another spin is awarded up to a
total of 9. If you hit one of the following
bonuses: Pick Up, The Safe, Heart of the Ocean
or Make it Count, that specific bonus is awarded
and the wheel bonus ends. The bonus will also
end if 9 cash prizes are awarded, then no other
bonuses will be won.
Pick
Up bonus: In this bonus you stand in front
of a pile of red T symbols, there is a total 6
rows placed on top of each other. The two first
has 5 symbols, the two next has 4 symbols, while
the last two has 3 symbols. You get to pick one
T from each row starting from the bottom. Each T
can contain a credit prize, or a win multiplier.
As long as you pick credits, they will add
together. The bonus ends the moment you hit a
win multiplier, this multiplier will then
multiply all your found credits and award you
this as the total win.
The
Safe bonus: In this bonus you'll see 10
different safes’ in front of you. You have to
pick one safe to see how many credits you start
off the first half of the bonus with. In the
second half of the bonus you get to multiply
your won credit amount. This is done by picking
one of the multipliers that are hidden behind
the 5 different items in the room. The initial
credit prize will then be multiplied with your
multiplier. The total wins in this bonus vary
from 150x to 800x the line bet.
Heart
of the Ocean free spins: This free spin
feature let you pick between 4 different
combinations of spins and multipliers. You can
select 6 spins with a x5 win multiplier, 10
spins with a x3 win multiplier, 15 spins with a
x2 win multiplier or 30 spins with a x1 win
multiplier. The free spins are played on a
special reel set with other symbols, and what
you look for is the blue heart. These symbols
comes as stacked symbols and they work as wilds,
they will also expand one position to the left
and one position to the right when they land on
the reels. This means that a full stack of blue
hearts on for example reel 2 and 4 will cover
the whole screen with blue hearts. It's not
possible to re-trigger any more free spins
during this feature.
Make
it Count free spins: This is what I will say
is the main free spin feature for this slot
machine. In this feature there's a
special symbol shown over each of the 5 reels.
These symbols can be credit prizes from 50x to
250x the line bet, added sticky wild symbols or
+1 free game symbols that will add an additional
spin to your total spins. The feature starts
with 10 free spins and is played on a special
reel set. The symbol to look out for is the
clock symbol that can appear on any of the
reels. Each time this symbol lands on a reel, the special
price for that current reel is awarded. A new
special prize is added over the reel before the
next spin starts, so it's possible to get
multiple prizes per wheel. If you land on a
credit prize, the credits are added to your
total win. If you land on a wild symbol, a wild
symbol will drop down on the activated reel and
become sticky for the remaining of the spins. If
you land on the +1 free game, an extra spin is
added to your total spins. If one or more reels
are filled with wilds, those reels won't
activate any new bonus prizes. It's not possible
to re-trigger the feature other than the +1 free
games.
