Frankenstein is a video slot machine produced by
Net Entertainment in cooperation with Universal
Studios. It's based on the popular movie with
the same name and it features some special
features like lightning wilds and fire wilds.
NetEnt released Frankenstein in mid-2011, but in
September 2015 they chose to remove the game
from all casinos. This was done due to a bug in
the game that some players took advantage of and
it gave them an advantage that increased the RTP
to over 100%. In June 2016, NetEnt finally had a
fix for the bug and the game was brought back
online to the casinos. The main feature on this
slot machine is the free spin feature, and
during it a multiplier ladder appears where wins
can be multiplied by up to x5. The maximal win

Frankenstein has wild symbols on reel 2, 3
and 4. These symbols are named lightning wilds,
and each wild that appear will spread and turn 2
to 4 positions nearby into wilds. The wild
symbols substitute for all other symbols except
the red mill symbol. These symbols are the
symbols that trigger the free spin feature, and
during it wins might be multiplied with up to x5
the normal win. The free spins also feature a
different kind of wild symbols, that are
guaranteed to appear on each spin.
Free spins: The free spin feature is
triggered by 3 or more red mill scatter symbols
anywhere on the reels. This combination will
activate 10 free spins that are played on a
different reel set. During the free spins a
multiplier ladder is visible in the left down
corner. This ladder starts at x1, and has the
additional values of x2, x3, x4 and x5. The
active multiplier can be increased by hitting a
x2, x3, x4 or x5 symbol on the 5th reel during
the free spins. Example: If the multiplier is a
x3, the only multiplier symbol you can get on
reel 5 is the x4. During all the spins, 1
guaranteed fire wild will appear on reel 2, 3 or
4. This symbol acts like the lightning wild from
the base game, but it's not possible to get
additional wilds on the reels during the free

will re-trigger 5 free spins, while 3 red mill
