by Barcrest. This is one of my personal favorite
Barcrest games, and it's mostly because of the
Big Bet feature it has, that brings a lot of
extra action to the game. As you see instantly
after the game has loaded, this slot machine
comes with a dog theme, and it's all about the
dogs as they also trigger some special features
now and then. Barkin' Mad features a very cool
free spin feature with sticky wild symbols, it
also has several ways to enter that feature
during the Big Bets. All of the symbol positions
spin individual of each other, that means that
any symbol can land anywhere and that a full
screen of all the different symbols is possible
to get. This slot comes with different paytables
for bets over and under 2.00 per spin, and also
for the Big Bet feature. It also has sticky

Barkin' Mad has wild symbols on all the 15
different reel positions, and they substitute
for all other symbols except the Barkin' Mad
scatter symbol. During the free spin feature,
the wild symbols become sticky. This might also
randomly happen for one or more spins
exclusively during the Big Bet spins. All the
symbol positions on Barkin' Mad are individual,
that means that each position can show any
symbol at any time. During the base game it's
possible to win the free games, and it's also
possible to get a random multiplying wild
appearing anywhere on the screen to create a
winning combination. If the base game is played
on a bet of 2 of higher, or if the Big Bets are
played, it's possible to trigger the free spins
by getting only 2 Barkin' Mad scatters, as a
third one might randomly appear on the screen
after the spin is finished. During the Big Bets
only, it's possible to trigger the free spins
during the Showtime bonus, that only appears if
you win at least 25% of the Big Bet value on a
spin.
Big Bet feature: Barkin' Mad has a Big
Bet option where you can buy 5 spins for 20 or
30. These spins will be played directly after
each other on auto play, and they will be played
at the spin value of a normal 2 or 3 spin
depending on which Big Bet you chose to play.
This might sound like a horrible idea, to buy 5
spins worth a total of 10 for 20 or 15 for
30, but the Big Bets gives you a lot more
frequent bonuses, both by giving you a chance to
enter the free spins with only 2 initial
scatters, but also by triggering the free spins
during the Showtime bonus, that's only possible
to trigger during the Big Bets. I find this game
a lot funnier if the Big Bets are played, so
this is one of the games where I actually
recommend to try out the Big Bet feature.
Bonus game: The Showtime bonus can only
be triggered during the Big Bet feature, and
it's only triggered if you win 5 or more on a
20 bet, or 7.50 or more on a 30 bet. The
Showtime bonus is a big wheel with different
multipliers and free spin options. You get one
spin on the wheel and it can multiply your wins
from x1 to x5, or it can land on a free spin
feature from 10 to 14 spins. If you land on a
multiplier your triggering win will be
multiplied, and you will return to the base
game. If you hit one of the free spin options,
you are offered to exchange your win into the
free spins. This is highly recommended unless
you have won a huge win, as the free spin
feature usually pays way better than the
triggering spins. If the free spins are chosen,
the normal free spin feature is played with
sticky wilds.
Free spins: As written above it's
possible to trigger the free spin feature in
different ways, but the most common one is by
getting 3 or more Barkin' Mad scatters on the
reels. A combination of 3 scatters will reward
you with 10 free spins, while each additional
scatter gives you 2 more spins. During the free
spins all wild symbols become sticky, and that
includes any wild symbols that was shown during
the triggering spin. It's not possible to
re-trigger the free spin feature.
