Here's my personal review of
Casumo Casino. I've been an
active casino player for around 15 years and since 2012
I've been playing mostly at Casumo. The reason for this
is a combination between rapid response when you talk to
customer service, quick withdrawals, great promotions, their good mix of game providers
and their mobile casino.
From the beginning
The company was founded early in 2012 by a group
of young Swedish entrepreneurs that had been
working in the casino industry for a long time.
Most of them were leaving their old employee
Betsafe after Betsson Group bought the company

Casino adventure
What's so unique about Casumo is that they have
merged a traditional casino and a special adventure,
forming a spectacular Casino Adventure! When signing up
at the casino all new players are assigned their own
Casumo figure. While players do their normal casino
activity like playing slots and blackjack, they also
make progress in the adventure or the "parallel
universe" as they like to say.
The adventure is built
on a level system, and for each level a player level up
they might get a reward added to their inventory in form
of a valuable. These valuables can contain free spins,
cash or deposit bonuses. Included in the casino
adventure they also have belt levels, and the better
belt a player has managed to get for their Casumo, the
greater are the rewards and the promotions that the player
will receive. They also run e-mail promotions based on
your level, so be sure to level up :)
Trophies
As a part of the adventure players can earn trophies
while they play in the casino. These trophies don't have
any material value, but they are a cool add-on to the
adventure and gives you some bragging rights when you
compare your trophies with your friends. There's a lot
of "all round" trophies that can be won by playing any
game, while there's also a lot of game specific
trophies.

Game providers
Casumo offer an impressive range of slot machines

One of the most important things for me

unique experience. Here you won't see any pre drafted
copy/pasted answers like you do at a lot of other

very friendly tone where you are a "Buddy" or "Friend" -
I absolutely love this approach instead of the

Weekly promos
Casumo send weekly promotions on

level. Some examples of promotions can be free

the size of the different bonuses are all based
on player's previous game play and belt level.
Challenges
Casumo runs a unique
Casino Challenge every month. This is a
challenge where players can choose between 3
different challenges with different stakes, so
that everyone are eligible to play something
that fit their normal stakes. The challenge
contains of a set of missions the player have to
play though. For example win 5 wins in a row, win 100 wins and win 2 big
wins. The goal is to complete all the missions with
the least amount of spins. High scores and stats are
shown on the page while you play, and the in game
tracker tells you about your current state. The main
prize in the challenge are either a cash prize of
10.000 or a trip with the same value, they tend to
switch between the two every month. Players can play
the challenge as many times as they want, only the
best score will count towards the challenge leader
board. Normally a challenge last for about 20 days.

Account currency
Casumo offer 2 types of currency at the
moment. British Pounds for players from the UK,
and Euros for all other players. As they are
expected to open up in more local markets,
additional currencies is expected to be
supported in the near future.
Payment methods
Depositing and withdrawing at Casumo is as easy as
it gets. They offer the most popular alternatives
like: Visa, Mastercard, Bank wire, Skrill, Neteller
and Paysafecard. Deposits are instant, while most
withdrawals normally are approved within a couple of
hours. This means that withdrawals to online wallets
are sent instantly once they are approved, while
bank transfers might take from 1-3 days depending
whether it's a weekday or not.

Bonus system and explanation of
wagering Casumo have a unique bonus system
where only the bonus part of your total amount will
be tied down to the wagering requirement. This means
that you can choose to make a withdrawal at any time
regardless if you have a bonus or not. All wagering
requirements are deposit + bonus x 30, but 100% of
each bet count towards the wagering requirement.
This means that if you hit a big win right after you
have opted in for a bonus and deposited, you still
have the chance to withdrawal a part of the amount
and forfeit the bonus. The smaller bonus percentage
you have used on your deposit, the more of the
balance you are eligible to withdrawal. All winnings
and deposits can be withdrawn when the total
