Rainbow King has single and stacked wild symbols on all the 5 reels, and they substitute for all symbols except the different bonus symbols. There are 3 different bonuses that can be won during the base game. Cash Castle Feature, Rainbow King Feature and King Cash Feature. In addition to that, Reel King Spins can be won during the Rainbow King Feature. Let’s take a closer look at the different bonus features in the below section. Rainbow King is one of few Novomatic slots that does not feature an option to gamble your wins, so for this one you will have to trust that the wins you get are satisfying enough as they are.

Cash Castle Feature: This is a small pick bonus that is triggered when 3 or more castles land on the reels. Each of the castles will hide a cash prize, and the more castles you trigger the feature with, the higher the prizes are. You get the job to pick a castle by clicking on it, your pick will be revealed and so will the other options that you did not pick. The lowest possible win is 2x the stake, while the maximal win is 500x the stake per round.

Rainbow King Feature: This is the main feature on Rainbow King. It's triggered by getting 3 or more king symbols anywhere on the 5 reels. The more symbols that trigger the bonus, the better prizes are shown on the board game that is activated. The board game that shows up has 18 different spots. The spots will contain different values and prizes depending on the amount of scatters, but an example of a 3 scatter trigger is: 10 of them will be cash prizes, 3 of them will be a reel king feature, 1 spot is a joker, 1 spot is the start field that will convert to a cash prize after the first dice is thrown, while the 3 last spots are "Take the money" spots that will end the bonus.

You move around on the board game by clicking on the start button, this will roll the big red dice. All cash prizes that are won during the game will be saved in the chest that's shown in the middle of the game. If you land on a king symbol, a Reel King feature is won and saved until you finish the bonus game. The Joker symbols is a booster, and it will send you around the board for guaranteed wins. The only way to end the bonus is to land on the "Take the money" field, or when a win of 500x the stake is won.

If you landed one or more times on any of the Reel King spots during the play, those spots that was visited will be activated after you have landed on the "Take the money" spot. One mini slot will be launched per symbol you landed on, and if you landed multiple times on the same spot, additional lives are being added to that mini slot. The slots will contain blue, yellow and red sevens, and a black diamond. As long as you get a winning combination of sevens, the spins continue. King Cash Feature: This is the most exclusive bonus on this slot machine. The feature is triggered by getting a golden crown on reel 2, 3 and 4.
