Jackpot Jewels is a highly special slot machine
made by Barcrest. When I start off by saying
that it's a special slot it really is, just look
at the reel setup for once. 7x4 is not a very
common setup for slot machines, and neither is
the game play. All the reels on Jackpot Jewels
are filled with stacked symbols, in fact all the
paying symbols comes as stacked symbols on this
slot. Another thing is how wins are paid, there
are 50 paylines, but as long as you have a 3 of
a kind or higher combination anywhere on the
lines, you'll win. With other words, no "pays
from left to right" on this slot machine.
Jackpot Jewels has a very exciting free spin
feature with symbol multipliers that increase
the pay for those exact symbols. It's also
possible to get more frequent free spins by
playing the Big Bet feature, that on this slot
is named Hi Roller bets. Usually I'll write a
bit about the maximal potential win, but for
this one I'm actually not sure if a full screen
of symbols is possible, if it is, it would pay
12.500x the total stake, and during the free

Jackpot Jewels has combined wild and scatter
symbols on reel 2, 4 and 6. These symbols
substitute for all other symbols, and also
trigger the free spin feature on this slot
machine. Jackpot Jewels features a Big Bet
feature named Hi Roller bets, this is a
well-known feature from many Barcrest games, and
it's a good way to play if you want more
frequent bonuses and you don't mind higher bets.
Big Bet feature: The Big Bet or Hi Roller
feature is a bet that can be played at a stake
of €20 or higher per round. Each bought round
contain 5 spins that are played automatically,
during these spins the combined scatter and wild
symbol on reel 2, 4 and 6 will become sticky.
This increase the chances of getting the free
spins a lot, as the scatter that triggers the
free spins only need to appear a total of 3
times during the 5 spins to trigger the free
spins. Mark that it's possible to trigger the
free spins with 2 scatters on the same reel and
one scatter on another reel.
The Hi Roller bets
are always played at a bet per spin that equals
to 10% of the total cost of the Hi Roller bet.
That means that a €20 bet plays as normal €2
spins, but that you get 5 of them and that the
wilds become sticky. With other words, you pay
double the prize of the normal spins to get a
lot more features with the sticky wilds. The
free spin feature can be triggered multiple
times during the 5 Hi Roller spins, and if the
free spins are triggered before all 5 spins have
been played, the remaining spins will resume
after the free spin feature.
Free spins: The free spins on Jackpot
Jewels are triggered by getting a combined wild
and scatter symbol on reel 2, 4 and 6. This can
be done both in the base game and in the Hi
Roller bets, but it's easier in the Hi Roller
bets as this one has sticky free spin symbols.
This combination will trigger 10 free spins that
are played with a reduced paytable. During the
free spins the paytable pays out half of the
normal paytable, but it's possible to upgrade
the different jewel symbols during the spins, so
the pays might actually increase a lot during
the free spins.
In the free spins all the
different jewels is shown on the top of the
game, and a multiplier of x1 is applied to all
of them at the start. For each time you win with
one of the jewels during the free spin, an
additional multiplier of +x1 will be added to
that jewel symbol for all the remaining spins.
The free spin feature is possible to re-trigger
and the upgraded jewels will be carried on and
will continue to grow for the additional spins.
